  2. 15–30 Minute Phone Call (Required before In-Home Visit)
    To know if we are the right fit for you: we review pricing, services offered, and the client’s needs (goals, schedule, location). Feel free to ask any questions before scheduling an in-home visit.

  3. In-Home Visit (Assessment)
    Introductions, client assessment, home safety review, and creation of the care plan and emergency plan.

  4. Care Plan Review & Scheduling
    You receive a summary of services, visit length/frequency, and estimated costs. We set start date(s) and any recurring schedule.

  5. Start of Services
    Your caregiver follows the agreed plan, documents each visit, and provides updates.

  6. Follow-Up & Adjustments
    We check in after the first visit (and periodically) to adjust timing, tasks, or safety measures as needs change.
